Excellent service. Love all the emails sent to me which are tracking the order, so I know what is going on every step of the way. Very personalised service. I felt cared for. Would be great to receive a photo of the flowers sent. We were told the flowers sent were absolutely beautiful and they were very happy with them. Will definitely use your company again.

everything was great but the flowers were totally different than the photo! i ordered a bouquet of only yellow and orange flowers .. she loves those 2 colors.. and the bouquet had only orange sunflowers .. the rest were white flowers... i was not impressed

I did not really need all those notifications about the stages of my order, getting the 'order delivered' one would have been enough. I would assume everything goes well and wanted to be contacted only if anything went wrong. Thanks

The flowers were very nice, although not exactly the right color of roses I had selected. The service was excellent. Many thanks. However, I was very disappointed on the selection of the basket. I had chosen a large round one. The small, narrow cesta used did not provide the same presentation impact.

I would suggest that you offer to those clients, who choose the higher flower package, a vase along with the bouquet.
