Please remove my last comments. The issue was fixed and turns out that the florist knew my cousin and that is why the delivery went to the church for his funeral instead of to the house. I will recommend Euroflora to anyone I know sending flowers overseas. Thank you all.

I am happy with the service; the flowers were nice, they got there at a good time and the card was also nice. It was nice that the note was hand written but there were a few typos ('he' was misspelt as 'the' and 'our' was misspelt as 'your'. I understand because English is not their language; the receiver could understand what I meant so that is what matters.
