This is the second time that I have ordered from EuroFlora and they have excelled themselves once again, my parents on both occasions have been so happy with the beautiful cake and plants that I sent. Was I kept informed at every stage and they even sent me a video. I fully recommend EuroFlora to anyone thinking of sending cakes and flowers or gifts.

I recommend that you not preload the answers to all the questions to ‘Excellent’. Let the customer decide what to choose. But, the service was excellent! I didn’t clarify some delivery details so it was hard to deliver right away. But I was grateful for the quick response to my clarifying information and that the flowers could get delivered. The recipient loved them.

It would be great if you could calibrate in the near future your delivery to the more specific time of the day, ie 09:00-11:00 am, 11:00 am - 01:00 pm etc

Excellent job...

Although you say that you cannot guarantee the type of flowers, I didn't like the fact that I chose a very colorful arrangement and it came with only two colors. You should guarantee at least that. Not even the basket was what I chose. So basically you choose something but at the end it is not what you want. The punctually was great though.
