No suggestions. I was impressed with the whole experience. It was easy to select and pay. I was kept informed via email and phone as to the delivery even when we struggled to locate the receiver. The delivery was eventually made and the quality of the flowers was excellent. I shall use the system again in the future. Thanks to the delivery team for not giving up! Luca Forgione

Excellent service!

Eccellenti nei tempi di consegna e nell'informativa al mittente. I migliori complimenti.

All good

A beautiful bunch of Sunflowers for a beautiful lady in Belarus!

Have not seen the flowers only on line but it was very punctual and like the constant emails to advise at what stage the flowers were in transit. Well done

Everything from ordering to delivery fantastic. Just a thought would have been nice to have seen the bouquet via photograph upload. Thank you 👍

the roses were wonderful and delivered on time with care. thank you!

Delighted with service, highly recommend

No suggestions. Customer Service was fantastic and made a great effort to get in touch with me when things didn't go quite right. They listened to instructions that suited my recipient well and they received their flowers in great condition! Excellent work guys!

My friend sent me a photo of the bouquet and it was not at all what I ordered. It was supposed to be a basket - no basket was included and the flowers were not in the same color tone or quantity as what was shown in the photo. The customer service lady did call me in Dubai to try to confirm the recipient’s phone number which I appreciated. I just wish it would have been what I ordered.
