I would 100% recommend this florist for flower delivery!! I placed an order online at 10:00am from the USA for a flower delivery in Acquaviva delle Fonti, Bari, Italy. I then received a call to advise me that some flowers listed in the description were not good, so they substituted other flowers. I just received a confirmation email at 1:00pm that the flowers were delivered. The service I received exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using Euroflora for any future flower deliveries. Thank you so much for your wonderful service! Italians know how to do it best! I only wish I would have been able to see the finished product.

I think the flowers delivered were somehow different to the picture shown in the website which was mostly just disappointing...

I was really worried about trying to send flowers to someone in another country, not sure about the pricing, how to find a local florist, how to find a good florist, whether the flowers would be of good quality and delivered on time... Everything went perfectly and my friend was so happy with the beautiful bouquet and chocolates that were delivered on her birthday. Thank you!

Excellent service: the only issue I have is regarding payment method. I don't have a PayPal account so I chose to pay with American Express. Then I received an email saying my Amex payment had failed, requesting me to pay again, which I did. I then received an email from PayPal saying I had paid through them. If you chose to pay by credit card, how does it then go through PayPal? However, you immediately responded to my concern on paying twice and refunded one of the payments. Thank you
